Du hast in Deinem Kundenkonto die Möglichkeit, Deine persönlichen Daten zu verwalten, Bestellungen einzusehen und den Status Deiner aktuellen Aufträge zu verfolgen. Durch die Registrierung profitierst Du von einem schnellen und einfachen Zugriff auf Deine Bestellhistorie und kannst Deine Lieferadressen sowie Zahlungsinformationen sicher speichern.

Verarbeitung von Kundendaten

Wenn Du eine Bestellung in unserem Shop aufgibst, werden Deine angegebenen Daten, wie Name, Adresse, E-Mail-Adresse und Zahlungsinformationen, erfasst und verarbeitet. Diese Daten werden ausschließlich für die Abwicklung Deiner Bestellung verwendet und nicht an unbeteiligte Dritte weitergegeben.

 

Deine Daten sind in Deinem persönlichen Kundenkonto einsehbar und können dort von Dir aktualisiert werden.

Bestellablauf mit Printful

Unsere Produkte werden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Print-on-Demand-Anbieter Printful hergestellt und versendet.

 

Der Bestellprozess gestaltet sich wie folgt:
 

  1. Bestellung aufgeben: Du wählst das gewünschte Produkt in unserem Online-Shop aus und schließst den Bestellvorgang ab.
     

  2. Auftragsabwicklung: Nach Eingang Deiner Bestellung wird diese automatisch an Printful weitergeleitet. Printful produziert das Produkt gemäß Deiner Auswahl und Deiner Spezifikationen.
     

  3. Versand: Sobald die Produktion abgeschlossen ist, versendet Printful das Produkt direkt an die von Dir angegebene Lieferadresse.
     

  4. Sendungsverfolgung: Du erhältst eine Versandbestätigung mit einer Sendungsnummer, mit der Du den Status Deiner Lieferung nachverfolgen kannst. Diese Informationen sind auch in Deinem Kundenkonto unter "Meine Bestellungen" verfügbar.
     

Durch diesen Prozess stellen wir sicher, dass Du qualitativ hochwertige Produkte erhältst, die speziell für Dich gefertigt werden. Deine Zufriedenheit steht für uns an erster Stelle.
